I camped in my truck last weekend and noticed my interior leds glow slightly all night. Must be some very low voltage always on them.
I have had 5 spoke led brake light bulbs for years - no problems (but I have also heard of others having trouble) ymmv. Id get LR4 tail lights, but my metal light guards have save my lenses twice and are not compatible with LR4 lights.
Based on other forum, the 380LED92ULTR in red from hids4u are ok. not cheap at around $50 for a pair, but didn't see anyone complaining about errors with those.
if i get 'em i'll let you guys know.
PS: personally i prefer the LR3 tail lights to the LR4 ones. Headlights are a different story, but that's a whole other can of warms
