Bottom radiator hose... but you might want to change all the hoses while your doing this work... it will save issues later

This is exactly why when I had a custom extra thick radiator built by my family lifetime friend if 65 years added a petcock on the long brass pipe befor the hose. Between this and the block drans a complete system drain.

Hey Joey if your around, where can I get a brass radiator fill, burp plug as the plastic one
split 200 miles from home in the mountains? I got some epoxy and glued the thread stub in 4-5 threads to get me out and home. Dealers only have the same plast crap I want brass.

Thanks guys for the fast replies, i'm on it big time.
As I added to the above OP thread the added petcock
fitting in that long 80 degree olwer radiator brass tube stub cries
with space to add a petcock. You'll be so happy later should any
coolant draingings or changes need to be done.
Remember those block plugs also plud flush the heater core.
I would run distilled water only as a flush say a 5 mile after at
normal temp with heater on. Then drain and add your anti-freeze
with distilled water mix only not tap water. Tap water will have
acid base chemicals bad against the alumimum motor.
JMO's passed on from a 60 year in the business radiator person.
He built a special fully brass oversize in thickness radiator
for me plus added that drain petcock.
