Cleaning your Land Rover's A/C Drain Lines

My 2017 range rover air vent is blowing a strong ***** odor when it is humid or raining.
I heard that if you clean the ******* it solves the issue.
I looked everywhere under the car and cannot locate it.

Can anyone help.
