Ok, so I swapped the front headlights with the Xentec 6000K HID lights, which they looked great! Now one of the lights hesitate in coming on, I think that the ballast is gone.

Can anyone either tell me how to fix it or recommend a better pair of HID's?

Before you do anything, cross the lights and see if the same thing happens, that way you'll know if it is the ballast or bulb.
If it is a bulb, make sure you order in sets to have the same color and intensity.
Here is a good site.

I had the same problem on my Mercedes. Had to by new set on ebay, but they are not that great, they interfere with the radio then i torn the lights on. On my LR3 everything is fine, no interference and work great. So i guess it's just a luck.

Yep, I did that. It is definitely, the ballast! Contacted the seller to get a warranty replacement and he said they were out of warranty, but he had cheap refurbs!
