Does anyone know the bearing number for the idler on a 95 D1?
Thanks in advance.

Joey; thanks that's exactly where I went yesterday with the part number Napa gave me in SKF bearing, failures on holidays when bearing suppliers are gone for the holiday.
I was on the highway, lost PS and alternator but drove it home without temp going into hot zone. Four hours to go 7 miles as idler spit balls and cocked tossing belt.
Seems the no name idler bearing (could be british crap?) took a dump within 5 miles of starting to sound dry while in a funeral. Parked it and hitched ride then came back later when it cooled down. A $10.68 bearing, removed, replaced and running in a half hour, no coolant loss.
Just think if this failed more than 50 miles back off road?

No kidding, that was one of the first parts I changed out on my Rover when I bought it... I changed the whole assembly, so now I have a spare  always a good thing.
