2006 Range Rover sport HSE

hey guys im looking to install an aftermakert navigation system in my range rover sport! It has the factory naviagtion unit. It is possible to remove the factory nav screen and replace it with an aftermarket 7 inch navi unit! Ive seen people that have done it in the lr3's! I was told my car runs by fiber optics, is there a wiring harness kit that will allow me to install my unit where the factory screen is! Any info will help a bunch!
