    2013 Trade-Ins

So, you guys are telling me that I'm batting 2-2 on value holding vehicles?? I traded a Pontiac G8 GT in on my Silverado in 2011. After driving 32,000 miles in the G8 over 3 years, I lost a whopping $2k off the purchase price. I have ZERO intention of selling our LR4, but it's always good to...

    New LR4 Owner

When I wrote that, I was not thinking about handling, but maneuverability. It's easier to pull into and out of a parking space in the Rover than it is in many sedans due to its turning radius. Heck, I can do a U-turn in the road in front of my house. I wouldn't even think of doing that in my...

    New LR4 Owner

Welcome indeed! You'll absolutely LOVE the LR4. It's a great vehicle, and I'm often told by Land Rover service specialists that it's the best of the bunch. It maneuvers like a small sedan, is comfortable as a large sedan, has the capability only a Land Rover can offer, the towing ability of a...

    LR4 reliability - let's get better info

Our 2013 LR4 just passed 44,000 miles. We purchased it new in May 2013. Thus far we had some warranty work on the driver's side mirror and the windshield wipers, but otherwise the car has been fantastic. I really hope this continues as we simply love our LR4. We're hoping to put many more...

    Suggestions for Tires 20" Wheels

I'm looking for a summer wheel for our LR4, and I really like what I see in the picture. Do you have any other shots of your truck??

    Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2 Review

We put a lot of miles on our Rover. We run these tired in the winter, and the performance difference in snow over OEM is drastic to say the least. This will be our winter/snow tire moving forward, and highly recommend them to others. Our first few months in the snow with the factory tires...

    2011 vs 2013 LR4

We ended up picking up a new 2013 Fuji White/Ebony HSE with Climate Package, Black lacquer finish, and the HD Radio. The Mrs. is thrilled with it, and that's what is most important. Had the Memorial Day weekend to put some miles on it and get acquainted with the new ride. I hope the honeymoon...

    2011 vs 2013 LR4

Wish I could bite. Great deal for an AWESOME truck, but we all know if she's not happy, I won't be happy. :frown:

    2011 vs 2013 LR4

Not gonna lie -- love that truck, and I'd love to put it in my driveway. Unfortunately, it doesn't pass requirement #1 from my wife -- black interior.....

    2011 vs 2013 LR4

We waited a little too long on the 2011 we found. Oh well. We'll see what happens. Thanks for the responses everyone!

    2014 LR4 - Confirmation of no changes?

The designer of the new Explorer had previously worked for LR. This is also why the Explorer has the terrain selection. When it was first released, I thought the same thing. It looks sharp. Unfortunately, it feels under powered IMHO.

    2011 vs 2013 LR4

There are a number of threads regarding inquiries of people considering a LR4 purchase, and I intend to contribute to that lengthy list. The Mrs. and I have decided that an LR4 will be the next vehicle added to the stable. We definitely want the V8, and were thinking of waiting until next...
