Winch install pics, how good is yours

Getting ready to fit a winch to the truck, was wondering how people have been wiring theirs and where you are running the cables, etc.
Please post some detailed pics of your install

I'm running the SuperWinch 9.0xi on my rig. Took me about 4 hours to install. Running the wires straight through around(and under) the radiator to the fuse panel with a relay switch.
