Will these Range Rover (full size) wheels fit my LR3?

Wondering if the stocker 19" 255/55/19 7 spoke Range Rover wheels off a 2006 full size range rover HSE (US market) will fit my LR3. I have a late 2005 build (silver lug nut) HSE v8 with 19" rims.

I searched around and I know the bolt pattern / lug nuts are the same, but I think the offsets are different between the RRS/LR3 platform and the Range Rover platform. (one is 57mm, one is 53 mm or something like that)

Do I need spacers or can I just put them on as is?

Anyone put these on with no probs? Or have good/bad experience?

This post on the disco3 forum is an excellent reference for what fits. It says yes (as long as its the version with no dimples between the lugs).
