Thoughts on these spark plugs?

I'd probably make a quick check for an intake leak and if I didn't find anything my next move would be new MAF sensors.

I doubt it is exhaust related because the fuel trims on each bank are moving together. Same goes for fuel injectors.

If you want to get real hacky before buying parts a scrap of plywood and some electrical tape is an effective block off plate and would allow you to test run on only one MAF.

New plugs cured the issues. No more misfires and acceleration is fine.

Averaging about 20mpg on the highway so fuel mileage isn’t a concern.

Now I’ve got a P0430 code that won’t go away

That's when it has been running and comes to a stop. When I'm driving the stay +/-10% for the most part
Those numbers are extremely high. You should probably smoke test your system and remediate any leaks. I found out that my entire intake manifold was leaking even with new gaskets. I didn't feel like buying a new or used intake manifold, so I simply grind the metal spacers down evenly for all of them, and it's been holding up for a few years without any more leaks.

Cheapest Smoke Tester, I found. And get any inflatable bladder for the smoke machine.

This is great. Thank you. Where are you connecting the smoke tester on the vehicle?

I smoked it by connecting a smoke air bladder into the throttle body.
