That could be an issue, but remember the two front fans are more for when the A/C is on... so if you have the A/C on and it is getting warm, it could be a bad radiator, the two front fans... water pump starting to go... sticking thermostat... you may have replaced some of these, but this is what could cause the issue.

What kind of indicator (if any) can I exoect if the water pump is starting to go or I have a sticking theromstat? I this something that can be fixed at home by someone with a limited skill set?

Water pump... grab the fan and see if you feel any movement up and down or left right in the water pump... not turning, but actual movement in the bearings.

T-stat... remove it and see if the issue goes away.. odds are it is not the T-stat.
