P0734 Gear 4 Incorrect Ratio ????

I have an 2001 disco 2 with 60,300 miles. The check engine light keeps coming on with the same code-p0734 gear 4 incorrect ratio. There are no noticable problems with the transmition. I have flushed and change the fluid but the light came on about 2 days later. I don't want to go to the mechanic unless I have to due to $$$$$ and the lack there of. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the MAF sensor is getting dirty. (don't ask how it is related) I would suggest cleaning and changing air filter if needed.
