Noise w/ Nav voice and Voice Command (Now Fixed)

Alright here is the issue I have. I've got a 2006 LR3 that is out of warranty so I would prefer not to take it to the dealer.
If I press the Voice Command button on the steering wheel instead of a beep, i get constant static and squawks coming from the 4 front door speakers. This ends after the Voice command stops listening. If you turn the nasty noise down, you can give commands and they work....just no voice just to gremlins in the speakers. With the Nav unit, it will sound like the damned is coming out of the drivers door speakers if you want voice directions.

Now to what i know is working in the Truck. The radio, sat radio, blue tooth phone all work with no issue's. Looking at the workshop manual i found that the Nav Unit control both the voice and the nav. I did swap it into another friends LR3 and it worked without issue in it. This leads me to thing that the Nav unit is not the issue. I then pulled the passenger seat, lower a-post and sill plate to follow the wire to see if there was damage. This is also no the case. The shielding on the wire coming from the Nav unit to the connector under the lower a-post trim is in good shape. The wires have only .5 ohms resistance and the shielding ground is also i good condition. I have also separated the Audio wires coming from the Nav Unit to the connector under the lower a-post to see if i was getting interference, this is also not the case.
So before i go and yank the whole dash looking for something that my or may not be there I thought I should first ask and see if there was something strange that i am missed in this whole mess.

I noticed the same issue on my Nav a couple weeks back. My fix was to set the voice offset setting to the same level. Some how the system offset level was 5 settings higher then my Nav offset settings. Once I set them to the same all was well.

You can find the settings by holding down the music button on the radio for 3 seconds. Then the menu appears

Nope, that was not the issue, I reset the settings and it didn't make any difference. I also set the same both high, low and in the middle. This is one odd problem.

OK, i have found the problem, it turns out the TSM (touch Screen Module) converts the voice signal from the Nav unit and sends it to the amp. In turn, if that module is bad then the relay signal will be messed up and the voice will not come out. Hopefully this helps someone in the future.
