Ordered these from a Gent in the UK. CHEAP! A little over $300 for the set and all the OEM parts needed to plug and play. The only thing required to do was cut the slots for the seat headrest handles. Came out great.

Ordering an IPod/iPhone AV jack that will allow us to play vids and let the kids play games, etc.

Next up on the mod list - camping gear.

That looks sweet!

The nicest rear seat video mod I've seen. How is the video quality when seated (for instance, in a child seat?) With the screens tilted up, I wondered if it has enough top to bottom edge viewing to see w/o losing contrast.

How was the cable routing?

Those headrests are from the LR2. All the parts are plug-n-play. While the screens are tilted up a touch, they are really not that bad when looking at them. In the booster seat it is perfect.

As for screen quality - they are really nice for the size. VERY bright and work really well. I plan on hooking up an iPod or iPhone to run the movies, etc.

FWIW - I bought them from here: http://www.disco3.co.uk/forum/topic37462.html

I believe he still has some available. By far the BEST price I have seen for these.

very cool!

How was the cable routing? ;)

Also, did you buy the LR3-specific input panel?

What was the total price (including shipping) USD, if you don't mind me asking?

The cabling was relatively easy. Getting everything positioned in the center console was tedious. Total price was around $370 or so. And that was in November '09.

Oh...that's cooler than I thought! I didn't realize it was an LR kit and comes already installed in LR2 headrests (That you could adapt for the LR3).

Wow, wireless headphones too? That's a sweet deal.

If I had the time to install, I'd get a set as well. As such, the $150 ******** deal from Target seems to be satisfying my kid, even though it does look ghetto...
