New to everything owner

Hello from the USA! I recently bought a used 2010 LR4. Never owned anything British or large, so this is a quite a new experience! Thought a change of pace was in need. I've always admired Land Rovers for their capabilities and somewhere in the back of my head I thought I should own one someday

Don't read on if you cringe easily...


Bought my landy on eBay, site unseen. I don't really know anything about these cars or have any idea what I should know beforehand. Found mine with a few photos, no history, but a good price. The seller had some negative feedback, but I liked what I saw anyway and just went for it, by out bidding the highest bidder! Yes, I threw caution to the wind, had it shipped to me and it seems okay.

I hope to do some serious overlanding with her and I'm sure I'll be looking for plenty of technical help here too. I also plan to share my build as I prepare for some unpaved adventures.
