Live o2 sensor data, HELP!

I am getting like 9 mpg and i need to fix this crap.

This data was taken at idle.
Bank 1 Sensor 1 = 1.02V %.0.8 to %3.1 Lean
Bank 1 Sensor 2 = 0.000 to 0.005

Bank 2 Sensor 1 = 0.025V %24.2 Very Rich, probably maxed out.
Bank 2 Sensor 2 = 0.000 to 0.005

Should I switch the front sensors and regroup?

Fuel pressure stays up after shutoff around 30PSI, I replaced fuel filter along with champion plugs about a month ago. I can't afford to drive this thing at this pace. Any suggestions?
