my new LR4 with 2000 miles on it has been in the shop 5 times already. i called land rover today to complain and open up a ticket to try to begin the buyback process. i was told that in order to talk to a supervisor, i would have to wait 24 hours for someone to call me back. are you kidding me? $60,000 for a car and I can't speak to a supervisor in their customer service department? what a joke. you get better service from hyundai.
