Hood will only latch on one side

Thanks for the update - we like to hear when something goes right.

Coincidentally my left side latch was not latching - sure scary when you see the bonnet start to lift. Normally it is the passenger side that does not latch so I attempt to lift that side after I have closed the bonnet. Lithium spray resolved the fuss but now I will have to check both sides after opening and closing.

This worked with my 2011 model. Unfortunately, not with the 2016, no amount of slaming works. it's only happening since the car got back from service. I imagine they only half closed it and the drive back lifted and deformed the hood

There are rubber (stud like) along the length of the bonnet (hood) alter them by screwing them
