Fuji4, where is the AC fan relay located? And what is a good replacement part for it? I am having same issue right now with warm air at stops and want to try this fix before others.
Do you have a gap tool? Is your fan running at idle? Pop the hood with the AC on and feel if the fan is fully operational. With a gap tool you can see fan request versus actual. And AC compressor amps and evaporator temp. All the relays are in the engine junction box. The AC blower relay has a big fan on it. The viscous fan clutch is what determines air passing over the condenser. My ultimate issue was the engine mounts. But any obstruction Can cause it not to turn. Gap tool is helpful. Check fan first.

Same issue, P0528-00, AC started blowing warm while stopped, coolant temps remained fine. Good friend of mine told me motor mounts as well, fan resting on the lower brushes in the shroud. I don't have time to do the mounts right now, so I just removed the lower half of the brushes in the shroud and fan spins fine. I'll do the mounts later this summer. AC blowing nice and cold again and fan spinning free....

Thanks. I’ve got ‘15 so no luck for me on that website.
Im in the same boat with my '16.
Every manual I've found (and bought) seems to only cover these motors:
