I have been looking to get a Nice set of 19in or 20in Rims for my LR3.

Roveractive on Ebay has different 20in Rims that are from the RRS & RR that fit the LR3, I would like mine to be different from all the other HSE's out there, My question to all of you is have you fitted any 20in Land Rover Rims to your LR3's ? I feel if you go with aftermarket it looks ridiculous... If you have fitted any Type of 20in Rims Let me know...

Does it affect Ride Quality ?
Price ?
Maybe some Pics ?

I say pony up for something clean and nice looking like the Project Kahn wheels...im not much of an off roader..(car is for the babay and momma) so i thought that these would be ok and not too bling bling.

It's not about the money when you compare it to what you paid for the car, I think 22's are to big and any wheel with low profile tires that is but on the LR3 looks awful, Now if you lived in say Miami it would work but anywhere where you drive in the inviroment you gotta have some nice tires that is why I am going w/ the RRS 20's...

Matt - (post is a little old, but I thought I'd resurrect)
I'm talking to my service advisor about different rims right now. 19" (~$200-300) tires cost a fortune compared to 20" (~$120-280) or even 22" (~$170-300). He thinks that 20's from a RR or RRS would be the best bet. He also thinks that 22's would "ride like an ox-cart". Except that 20's from an RR/RRS are twice as much as the tires.
I'm looking at aftermarket right now and I'll post when I get an update. Disclaimer for the "bling-bling" haters - I don't go off-road too much and the 19's seemed okay for what I would do. Maybe when I get more into rocking I'll get some decent 16's. My vehicle is on the road more than it is off and for now that's what it's suited for. Thanks for everyone's respect in advance.

Here are some wheels that are marketed specifically for the Land Rovers, made by TSW. I plan to get the 20" Dukes in silver when I wear out my stock tires. One time I stopped by my local dealer, and they had a set of 19" Dukes in chrome on an LR3 in the showroom. I didn't care for the chrome, but the style looked nice.

Those are beautiful wheels. Don't let the anti-bling guys get to you. They laughed at my chrome wheels but guess what....I had to pull the D90 up the hill...with Synchrones on. You only need those 16's if you are going to hit the rocks really hard. But I heard someone say once, if I can't offroad in my Rainbow Sandals, then I probably don't belong there. I always wear my Rainbows!:hello:
