Considering 2008 LR2 HSE

I'm looking into getting a 2008 Land Rover LR2 HSE (138.000 Km) - what are the things to look out for and are there any major issues with this vehicle? Any advise is more than welcome

I have a 2008, and the biggest thing to look out for is the rear differential. It should not be making any noise. If it is, the repair bill is expensive.
