COC and Car color

European cars have to have a COC, certificate of compliance,. In my case this document states as colour of the car "GREY". The actual colour is "BLUE".
The previous owner confirms that the colour has been always blue. Can this be true or had the car undergone a complete new painting and was so converted to the actual blue?

Welcome to the forum. Shouldn't be hard to find out. Since land rover is still in business you can always contact them with your VIN number and I am sure they can tell you what color your Rover was when it left the factory.
