I finally gave up on the Gooyears at 15K. I was babysitting them and rotating every 3K to get them to wear right and so on. I put on a set of Toyo Proxes in the 255/60-18 size. I paid $658 for four out the door. Much quieter and a good looking directional tread if that matters to you. No winter experience yet but very good in the wet.
I find the factory selection of GoodYear baffling. Expensive, poor wear, and lousy on the snow.
