New to the forum so, hi everybody! Just wondering if anyone knows who's giving the best deals on a new (2005) Range? I live in New Jersey, USA. It doesn't have to be a dealer near to me since I can contact them on the computer. There's a dealer in Pennsylvania that'll give $3000.00 off the sticker. Anybody beat that?
Is there any information on which dealer in the States does the most volume in sales? Any help would be great! Thanks!

The largest dealers in the US are in Encino California and Paramus New Jersey.

I think that you will find it difficult to purchase a Range Rover in this manner. Land Rover North America is very protective of their dealers. Selling a vehicle outside of your area is frowned upon. Range Rovers will never be a mass-marketed product like Chevrolet or some of the other Ford products. Land Rover dealers in general do not get into the back and forth negotiations that you might be used to in buying other cars. Just visit your local dealer, they will give you a fair price. Besides, you want to have a good relationship with your local dealer, as you will be visiting their service department.

in the grand scfheme of things, any deal you find will be small change and when buying a $70,000 vehicle, 2-3 grand shouldn't be a big deal... you definitely want the best possible relationship with the dealer.

You might want to wait until the end of the year, b/c my local dealership, was knocking off around $8,000 to $10,000 off the 2004 RR's during November/December, I wish I had the funds to get one, but was still a little out of my price range, we got a LR3 instead.

I just purchased a 05 Range Rover and got $3000 off MSRP as well as the current buy rate on the lease. I did find an out of state dealer (2hrs away) that would go to $3800 off, but decided that it was better to spend the extra $800 and buy it from a local dealer that I will use for service.

I have 4 dealerships within 1hr of where I live, and all of them but one would only give $1000 off or less. It took work to get the $3000 off and the only reason they did it was due to it being the end of the month and that they had the color I wanted in stock. Around here they all state that they will run out of 05's before they get 06's so they don't feel the need to discount.

Stephen is right. We as a dealer do deals both cash and finance towards the end of a model year. We have 3 2005 in stock!

We are looking forward to the new Super Charged RR for 06 and have 20 on order! The Sport will also be a hot truck. If you can wait till the end of June you may get some releif but dont expect 10K,12K,etc off sticker. It doesnt happen.

Just bought an 05 at 4,000 off sticker plus had a 2,000 off coupon from Land Rover. Don't think, even with waiting a couple of more months, that I could have done better than that. Decided to go with the BMW powertrain rather than test my luck on the Jag.
