why do you wish you had black? i wanted the tan all the way until i actually looked inside both vehicles. i like the black as well.

i dont know which front lamps i have. how can i tell?

Bi Xenon will have a whiteish blueish tint to them when on.

My tan is hard to keep clean. I think black would be easier. Most of the 2009 model year LR3's had the halogen lights instead of the bi-xenon. If you look at CMGRovers profile pic you can see a round projector lens. That lens isn't on the halogen units. Only reason I asked was because swapping out the halogen for bi-xenon units is easy and there is quite a difference. If you have halogen and wanted bi-xenon you would look for the "non adaptive" versions. And if you don't have any interest the halogens are plenty bright too!

Is there any relation between having fog lights/ front parking sensors and that automatically gives you the Xenons? Or are they separate?

I don't believe there is a correlation, as I've seen SE's with front PDC but without bi-xenon. I think front fogs were standard from '08 on.

Good choice. With the 09's similar exterior looks to the LR4's you should be able to fetch a good price if you ever want to trade up.
