The part I was trying to think of is called the heater manifold LR077042. Just wondering if anyone has had this fail on their LR4. Seems common in the Jaguar but the LR tech told me not so much in LR4. I hope he's right. -

Thanks. Its at the bottom of the first picture I should have taken a close up but you could flex the plastic and the seam would open up 1mm or so. It was leaking above #3 at the junction corner -

Well my fears were confirmed. It looks to be the water outlet/front crossover. The new water pump and back pipe look fine with no signs of leaking. But the plastic crossover right above the water pump has coolant marks where the joint of the plastic is. Part# is lr018275. Has anyone taken off... -

I did it similar to Atlantic British video. I drilled out the rubber around until I could get my reciprocating saw in to cut through the sleeve. I put the Orange ones in from Atlantic British ( I believe they are standard firmness) drastic ride difference noted when switching from the worn out original ones, much firmer can feel terrain/road surface a lot more, Not sure how they would compare to regular new replacements or to a softer... -

My MAP sensor fault code started up again after months of nothing. I pulled it out and there is a little corrosion around it. Ordered a new one, when you cleaned the throttle body did you unbolt it or just open the throttle valve and use a toothbrush? Any issues since then? Thanks Stuart -

If you have space to keep them I would say go for it. I just replaced mine with the poly bushings. It actually wasn't too bad of a job. I soaked the bolts with liquid wrench everyday for a week before I started after reading horror stories of trying to get them out. I live in southern California... -

I have the icarsoft LRII. It will read land rover specific faults like suspension codes and can reset service lights $180. Can't reprogram suspension though. Not sure what level ($460 - $2300)of GAP tool you need for that. Up until now my tool has been fine. -
