Move on or Fix
I’d fix it. $7k sounds insane, so I’d definitely get a second opinion as previously mentioned. Personally, I’d find a lower mileage used tranny on car-part dot com. Find a boneyard that offers a warranty if you’re not as comfortable with used parts as I am. -

Did Gap Diagnostics remove TPMS disable?
After a CCF load snafu, I have to manually enter the CCF adjustments I had previously. I have checked and re-checked, but can not find the ability to disable TPMS. I did it a year ago, but now can't find it. I have googled and found where it's supposed to be, but it's not there in my tool... -

Are you anywhere near Chicago? There seems to be a high concentration of rovers there. I’ve never looked for a 4, but when I bought my 2 and 3, that’s where I went when I lived in MN. -

You could certainly do that as it is cheap and easy and could be considered preventative maintenance. It’s a deep, dark rabbit hole to just start throwing parts at a suspension fault when you don’t even know what codes are being thrown. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I forget the exact numbers, but according to Dave Ramsey, a new car loses ~75% of its value in 4-5 years. I’d say a $65k LR4 for $22-24 is slightly above average. I’m guessing that a “luxury car” is typically worse than that average as well. -
