That link is not a US policy, it is possible the NA LR policy is written slightly different. If you purchased the warranty, you should have a copy that was given to you. Do you see the same language in it? Did you purchase the vehicle and warranty from this same dealer? -

LR4 19” tire options!
Interesting in that this is a 32" tire (32.1 to be exact), so it clearly is for the new Defender, yet there has been no mention of a 19" wheel for the Defender yet, that I recall anyway. There is also an 18" version (255/70/18) which I suspect will be the stock tire for the 18" White Steel... -

LR 4 Retired

For winter tires, the Viking Contact 7's are available in 265/55/19 which would fit just fine. Supposedly they are top-rated in Europe and Continental just brought them over to the US for the first time this year... -

The earliest date of records on Tata's site is June 2008 where they recorded 3,193 sales of Discovery's (Globally). Chances are there were producing near the expected sales volume leading up to to that month... -

Another Defender hint?
The D5 edition was an "SVX", so perhaps there may be another edition of the Defender that comes out that is "extra" offroad oriented where the SVR is obviously the racing edition, for lack of a better term. But I am not sure considering all the options already available for the Defender.
