This is sort of like having 4 navy suits, technically they all have subtle sytling cues that make them different, but to the casual observer they all look pretty much the same. I guess the order totals will ultimately determine if this is the right strategy for LR...- catman

Ha, that is so funny. I skimmed the videos and the one thing that stuck out was that guy trying to rest his arm on the window sill and he could not seem to find a comfortable position. The stock tires should be 31", so by the looks of it I am thinking 31.5" would be the max you can stuff in...- catman

All of these comments seem to be proof that LR tossed this system in the LR4 simply to meet some guideline or mandate, but did not invest a lot of time/money in its development. I wonder if the Disco 5 owners will be as "fortunate" and have the system fail almost universally across the board... -

Me too, until my dogs figured out they could squeeze up into the 2nd row in that space, then it had to go back in and block my view! The D5 is scheduled though 2024 in Slovakia, so there will be design "refreshes" in that time, but not a new model. I doubt that they will begin on that before...- catman

Someone on here posted that their dealer specifically said there would be no issues with warranty claims as long as tires are within 3% of OEM, so that would rule out 265/65, IF THAT IS TRUE. I doubt it is a specific LR rule and some dealers are more open to mods than others. You have to know... -

I don't think the LR3's have a battery management system, so the option is probably hidden/removed when connected to one. -
