2014 LR4 285/55/R20 +J-Rods+Hi-Lift 5"
Unfortunately the lr4 cannot handle 285/55 without heavy modification. I believe the largest tire you can fit is the 275/55 and that is with minor rubbing. لا تتهور;)- equilibrium

Yes you can reprogram a used remote but you need to have a diagnostic tool e.g. iidtool to do that. Also any mechanic with a Land Rover diagnostic tool can do it. The 315 frequency is for US specifications and 434 is European.- equilibrium

There is a rubber grommet high up in the firewall just to the right of the master cylinder. There is some insulating padding on the other side of the hole. You will need to pock a hole through this padding to get the cable into the cab. I used a screwdriver to do it.- equilibrium

Nothing will be lost from the factory stuff. Backup camera & phone calls behavior will remain as it is even if the screen is switched to the android system. If you already have the camera you do not need the camera add-on. What I installed is a stand alone android system and u do not need to connect your phone to get it working. You can control it through the touchscreen. They have a mirroring unit but I have no idea how it is working.- equilibrium

Usually the system restarts by itself within a couple of minutes. Also I kept the unit power connection where I can reach it so I can just disconnect & connect it to force restart. I am planning to add a switch to make this easier even though the system is behaving better now and did not stuck...- equilibrium

Battery Life
I agree with this. My 2013 is on its 3rd battery now. Here in the Middle East it would not last more than 2 yrs. I had a Grand Cherokee and had to replace the battery every year.- equilibrium
