AC drain location..help
Per above where the post says the drain is accessed from the cabin, the attached link shows the AC drains on either side of the transmission ****. In my case, for my LR3, it was not plugged drains but the drain hose thru the floor was disconnected and hence the water soaked into the floor...- bbyer

No blinker sound
Just be patient and you will not have the headlight warning, the key in ignition binging and a few other sounds - they all emanate from that same speaker. You should still have the backup alarm however as that was a separate speaker located in the rear on the LR3 and might also be on the 4 but...- bbyer

I agree about the $120 and the new temperature sensor you get with all the plastic might not be the problem - but it might be. With a Land Rover, all fixing is a gamble - that is what makes them interesting; they are more a vehicle of choice for the gambler so to speak. All sensors deteriorate... -

Back in 2005 when the LR3 was new, LR boasted that the hood was the largest single aluminum pressing on any production vehicle anywhere. Land Rover is the test mule producer for the majors, Ford in particular. The 3 and 4 gave Ford the confidence to put aluminum pressings into their pickups. -

Do nothing for a week or so of driving - that I find is an effective fix when I know the problem is something software related. After a week, I would do the hard reset - often have to do that when I install a new battery in my LR3, fortunately no ECO light but lots of flashing red and yellow... -

I presume that they flash at a normal rate and that when you connect a trailer, the systems recognize the trailer and disable the backup sensors? If you were to get the odd transmission or cruise control message indicating something not good, it would just be the LED tail lights. If so...
