Dealer has confirmed that it was configured for Canadian driving - full time bi-xenon. They claim they cannot turn them off via test book. Is this true? Are Canadian LR3's wired so that bi-xenons cannot be turned off? -

I had exact symptoms. Dealer claimed battery was fine. I convinced them to replace the battery under warranty, no issues since. HDC issue and NAV issues are documented low battery symptoms. -

Houm I wish you were correct, but my dealer has tried to correct the problem twice. It seems to be getting worse which makes me think it is a mechanical problem rather than a software shifting pattern issue.
