I think you said it yourself, nothing compares to the LUX and Capability of the LR4. Looking at the new interior I am not seeing much LUX like what the current LR4 has. If the new one keeps a fraction of the capability, great! If it loses the Luxury and feel of something that is nice to be...- epiclr4

I too am looking forward to the Raptor or just hoping soccer moms start turning in their LR4 for the 5. So torn as I miss the Rover dearly but boy the Raptor ticks a whole lotta boxes.- epiclr4

Showoff Your LR4
New LC looks really improved!! Granted it still looks and seems like it would be a boat. Not what I enjoy. Really missing the LR4 but the new Raptor looks like a lot of fun. Toss up between the two. -

Painted roof tracks
I bought some used silver ones off eBay and painted them black no problems. Little light sand paper, some etching primer and hit it with black of your choosing. Make sure it dries really well. No one will notice the difference if you take your time. Other option would be to have them... -

So I took my LR4 Off Roading.
How did the Audi Allroad do? I know it's the newer one that doesn't have the air suspension. Did it cross the water?? Feel like that's why I could never go with one. I don't like getting stuck or turned around by something like that. -

One thing to consider here is the weight that those wheels are rated. OEM Land Rover wheels as well as the Compo's have a very high weight rating. When I was researching other options every manufacturer I spoke to that had the right hub and lug pattern didn't have a high enough load rating... -

LR5 Release Updates?
They lose the tailgate in the rear and they won't have me come back for another one. Wife's X5 has the tailgate and we love it. One of the thing that brought me to the LR4 and one of the things I miss the most. Seems silly and small but its a nice feature.- epiclr4

Had the DuraTrac tires on my Jeep JKUR. Great hybrid AT/Mud tire. Could get somewhat noisy if they wear unevenly. I will say I am not sure how long they would last on the LR4 as its much heavier than the Jeep. You might only get 25-30k miles out of them. They also chunk somewhat easily if... -
