Extended Warranties
I actually went with Fidelity for the ext-warranty. This was purchased at the dealer that service my 07 truck. At 40k miles (few weeks ago) it destroyed both differentials, wheel bearing, compressor, and rear wiper motor. My truck goes off-road and deep water crossing (upto 3 feet, to-date)... -

Riding at Fire Island is nice but make sure you have proper permit and min state required equipment when u r on the beach. other place to put the D3 to test... Pine Barren or Rausch Creek. go to http://nelrc.iftopic.com/... they have two outing coming soon and I'm taking my D3 w/ me again... -

LR3 TPMS - ARB E-Z deflator
Sure hope I was. After screw on the deflator to the valve (before removing the stem) I noticed the bell shape part of the deflator couldn't move down toward the rim. The valve is too short to use the deflator on my 19" 6 spoke rims. I had no issue with other truck, when the valve was the... -

To those who off-road and air-down their LR3... Have you find a way to use the ARB E-Z deflator on the tires with TBMS? I notices the "short" TPMS valve stem don't allow me to screw in the ABR. Interested to hear if anyone has a solution... -

Who Has Changed Transmission Fluid????
Does anyone know if the LR3 uses the same trany oil as BMW ZF, or LA2634 or LT71141? Based on "HellPie" write-up, it appear the drain & fill process is "identical" to BMW ZF (which is quite easy DYI process). Thanks...
