LR3 Air Suspension Faults
Sounds like you might not have everything connected tightly. Try checking all the connections with soapy water in a sprayer. When I rebuilty my compressor it took a while to get the truck to raise but it eventually did and without overheating anything as far as I know. -

The Denso on the Advance Auto website looks exactly like your old one but only gives the Advance Auto number. I would say you got the wrong cross reference. Atlantic British references the same number and their picture matches your old alternator as well. -

I agree, I think the alternator is the issue. At least it was when my LR3 did the same thing, luckily I was literally pulling into my driveway. -

I have Duratracs on my LR3 and my Sequoia and like the look on both vehicles, they do well offroad on the LR3 and great in the snow on the Sequoia. Whatever the larges size you can get without rubbing. I don't see the sense in buying different wheels unless you have 20s. -
Broken coolant return nipple and fix
I broke the same nipple when I was "replacing rubber" as Houm mentioned and added a new radiator to the job. :( -
2005 LR3 V6 intermittent starting problem.
My issue ended up being the fuel pump relay. I replaced it and am several months in with no issues, starts every time. -

My apology, you said AC to begin with, I wasn't paying attention. I've looked through and can't find any info on AC drains, attached are the AC and Ventilation overview sections that may help visualize the under side of the dash but nothing really clear about the drains. -

Hard to tell from the pics what that is. There are tons of posts on all the LR forums about water egress into the cabin. 90% of the time the drains are deteriorated and need to be replaced. -

I wouldn't worry about it, same difference as if one tire is low on air, that's going to change the OD of the tire as well so a miniscule difference shouldn't matter. -

I looped the fiber optic cable with a 2" piece of a bic pen and some electrical tape. I don't have factory nav though but everything else functions as it did before I took out the factory amp and radio. I did a write up, you can search for it and it may help. -
