2006 RRS Mileage
Came across a 2006 Sport HSE with only 73k miles with a price of $13,880. The vehicle is in overall good shape and VIN checks out clean. Book value is around $18k. I got into a back and forth email with one of the salesmen up there. Going through the general manager directly now. They're asking $4-5k more than it's black book value. Typical for a stealership, but oh well. I'll continue looking.- ncburch22

Thanks guys for the response. Currently in a bickering debate with "Zach" from that Stealership. He says, "We can't lower the price($19995) as we don't have that kind of markup in our vehicles." Typical. I responded with screenshots of both NADA and KBB book values. Well under their asking price. -

I don't want to sell, but again, it's only financially ideal for my case. I got more than expected for it having 94k miles- $18k cash. I'm still a young guy. I'll probably buy another in later years. Hopefully I'll be able to afford a Defender. Who knows? -

Are any of you who use the 285/60's using a rod lift as well? I'm using a 275/65(32.5") tire with a 2.5 rod lift along with some trimming inside of the front wheel well. I have relocated the wiring harness. I'm curious to know if it would be an issue to go up one size larger with the 285/65... -

Those pictures are awesome. DDVELIN, is that an LR3 or 4? The tail lights look like the LR4. I personally would never run my LR3 into the mud at a high speed. You're just asking for trouble. Wires, bags, etc.. are prone to shorten out or fail. -
2006 lr3 roar sound as you accelerate
Do you live in a hot climate? I drove from Orlando to Daytona today on I-4 doing 70mph. By the time I got back to Orlando, my fan was doing the same. It was around 95 degrees out with the A/C on. It isn't constant, just keeping the radiator cool. -
