    I’m not fully convinced that all of them get the timing chain issues, but could be wrong. I will say, changing oil early and often seems to be the best remedy to keep the timing guides from wearing (anecdotally at least). I saw a report of a ‘10 with 300k and original guides not too long ago...

    bought the clips off of amazon, OEM. Bought the injectors off eBay. Bosch. Bought two sets of four for just over $600. Bought 8 NGK plugs off Amazon as well.

    Yes. Agreed. Had already anticipated that I’ll give it an oil change. I’m gonna go ahead and do injectors and plugs and see where it gets me. Will report back. good point on plugs revealing if it’s bad fuel. Had not thought of that.

    good thought. But would the HPFP cause ignition issue with fuel flooding the cats and coming out tailpipe? Feel like that would be a result of lost spark or stuck open injector. Definitely please correct me if I’m wrong.

    As a follow on question. If you have done your own injectors, how long should I anticipate the job taking? Book is 10 hours but I can’t see it taking more than 4-5. Biggest obstacle is access to them.

    Hey all, just had the same thing happen. Whole bank showing misfire. Injectors are original with 133k on them. New ones ordered along with slide tool. Anyone have any other insights or thoughts on causes? I’m 90% sure I’m on the right track. Just checking collective wisdom before I jump in.
