Broken Fig Light Glass
I believe that the Range Rover uses the identical parts for their fogs. I think you can order the pieces (glass) seperate if you tell your part dept to look it up in the Range catalog. -

The subwoofer can sound non existent if you're listening to low quality mp3's that you burned on cd's. My sub is very quiet unless I'm listening to an original cd or 1 specific radio station in my area. I also thought there was something wrong with mine until I read a post about low bit quality... -

Tire Rack has ocassional 2 for 1 deals on wipers. Bought a set of Valeo's for $23 got two (2). Much better than oem that came fitted from factory. -

Final update: got the D3 back from the dealer this morning. New front lower control arms with bushings installed. Drives much tighter and less movement. Knock during quick braking has been reduced by 90% (from videos in first post in this thread). I'm pleased with the result. -

I dropped off my D3 this morning for front control arm replacement. They gave me an '08 D3 loaner with 4,500 miles on the odometer. I'm going to take identical videos of the front and rear bushings so we can come to a conclusion. Stay tuned! -

LR3 issues?
Ball joints and control arm bushes have been uprated in '08 models. Check those on any used LR3. -
Extended Warranty on the Land Rover
Ford ESP if purchased prior to factory warranty expiring was the most economical that I could find. I went with them and have had my ball joints replaced under their cover - no problems. -

I imagine LR2 is the strongest followed by RRS for YTD sales. -

Thanks for the comments. I'm going to email the clips to my service advisor and await feedback. When they diagnosed the ball joint issue, I requested that new control arms be installed to no avail. What's scary to me is that there is this much movement at 3 mph. -
