Mirror Dip in Reverse
Not that fast at all. Probably around 5 to 10 mph. It's really handy for backing down a long driveway. -

What I think is really neat is that if you go fast enough in reverse, the dip discontinues so that you can see further behind you instead of looking at the curb. -

2014 LR4 - Confirmation of no changes?
I'm of the opinion that the base will have the V6, but I think a large part of the LR4 demographics would be turned off as that for the only option. However, I believe that many of the folks who would hold out for the V8 would also be open to the idea of a V6 IF it were a diesel. Doesn't sound... -

I'm sure they can do it, but why? It's not all that useable in my experience. If you know that you need it, then by all means get it. If you think you just miss it because it wasn't an option on yours, don't sweat it. -

Which color hides dirt and dings best?
Ipanema Sand hides exterior dirt very well. Black inside is easy to keep stain free. Gloss Black 20" wheels are easy to keep looking good because break dust just turns it a grey color and the painted dark section of the wheel that is inboard of the calipers never shows dust like a silver or... -

Very easy to install. Be prepared to get down on the ground to see the undercarriage. A shop light will help. -

Side protection moldings!!!!
That one is a good looking truck, but I think the moldings are a little high and upside down. I prefer the location and orientation of GoBlue95's a little better, but I'm skeptical of how much protection they actually offer. -

Experience installing short roof rails
Do the drainage tracks get removed and cut when installing the short roof rails as is shown in the video for the extended roof rails or do the short roof rails mount over the top of the drainage track somehow? Thanks again for your great comments. -

Reversing Camera Tram Line Overlay
I have a 2012 LUX w/out Vision Assist. Reverse lines are passive as stated. I was told the V.A. was problematic when I bought mine in December, so I thought skipping it was a good idea. Kind of wish I had it now, if nothing else for when I occasionally tow something. -
