How did you disable PDC in IIDTool? Changed it to "Not Fitted"? Is there a blinking light on the PDC button when the tone is playing at startup? I guess I could try disabling mine and see if I get the same results. -

Does the LR4 Require 2 Keys???
Any original, used fob from another LR4 (or 2010+ RRS / Evoque) will work and can be reprogrammed for your vehicle in about 20 seconds (obviously, the emergency key blade inside the fob won't work - but you wouldn't care about that), but I wonder if the dealer would accept that as a second key... -

That's news to me as well, I think they just want to charge you for a second key. As far as I know, the second key (should you ever find it, new cars do indeed come with two fobs) will not work if it's not programmed into the new BCM with the other fob - but it's very easy to reprogram a used... -
Tire fitment - 255/60R19 ok?

Well, Ford sold JLR to Tata almost 10 years ago. Although I am sure Ford still supplies plenty of parts to both Jaguar and Land Rover, I don't know about them "using" brands they no longer own to test their new engines and in-cabin technology. -

Factory required annual service?
That's pretty much all the first service entails, an oil change and various checks / fluid top-ups... The only benefit (unless they forget, and they often do...) is that they reset the service interval indicator, free of charge, when they change oil. :)
