Putting in a stroller while all 3 rows are in use
I don't have any pictures of it but I used to strap our double bob stroller to my thule swing away bike rack. It actually just slid right on the two arms in no time. I'm sure you could do something similar and if it is wet out, throw a yard size garbage bag over it. -

I know my '12 does not work with LED's either. You'll need to add a resistor (several) to the wiring. Haven't looked for a solution recently that might be more plug and play. -

For +/- $700, you can order a mitchell hitch from Aus. Great setup. I've used mine to tow my boat and for recovery. -

Plastidip and off roadin
It is durable but attracts/collects mud. To the point that you can't wash it off, you need to remove the plasti-dip. Would work well as a sacrificial layer. i just bought a couple rolls of 3M paint film and have started to apply it to the roof glass, and will do my doors as well. -

20" RR Wheels on a LR4?
Depends on which RR wheels, but I run some 20" RR wheels. Check the backspacing, I think some were more than others but not 100%. -
