    LR4 on 33's

I'm heading back tomorrow, I'm off on Monday. I'll take my truck, and the wheel to the shop on Monday, we'll have a sit down and hash this out. I'll post what we decide after

    LR4 on 33's

What I'm asking you: I know the tires don't fit without trimming. So if the tire is on, and nothing is trimmed, why am I lowering it all the down? That's pointless. I already know it's not going to fit or turn, because I have trimmed anything! The turning issue, I'll figure something out

    LR4 on 33's

Why would I drop it completely down, without any modifications, knowing it won't fit?

    LR4 on 33's

I'm tracking that I need to cut into the wheel wells, front bumper, and relocate stuffs. I already know this

    LR4 on 33's

As stated in the video, there are no mods done. I didn't even have the lift rods on. What's the point of lowering it all the way down, and turning it with it on the front wheel, and all this extra stuffs, if I know it won't work without modifications? That's useless. I literally just wanted to...

    LR4 on 33's

Pikes Peak Rovers, Colorado Springs, CO Funny you say 20's are a crap choice when this vehicle comes with 20's (obviously in certain trims). Stock wheels are alloy, so why can't I put different alloy wheels on? Load rating is pretty decent 2500 lbs per wheel Yes, I actually have a cut a tire...

    LR4 on 33's

I hadn't even though about coil springs. I'll have to look real hard into that and talk to the shop

    LR4 on 33's

I see you deleted your post about how you "test fit" 305's, so please do re explain how you test fit 305's without doing cutting. You know, since that's the only way they'll work

    LR4 on 33's

As stated in the beginning, they only work on Land Rovers, they have several project vehicles that they work on. If I have to cut into it the truck and go beyond what anyone else has done, then I'm going to. End of discussion. I'm not asking for ways to make it fit, I'm telling you: I'm going to...

    LR4 on 33's

We've been over this before, I'm going to do it, and it's going to work. Regardless of what you say. You can quit trying to stop me anytime now. You're not even giving advice, at this point you're just being a bother. Sit back and see what happens, then make your judgments from there

    LR4 on 33's

This is the kind of stuffs they do, so I'm sure they'll be about to get 33's on

    LR4 on 33's

I've talked to them, but not super in depth about it. I was going to go up there once I had everything and sit down and talk to them about. I don't think they've ever tried to fit 305/55's but I know the owner of shop owns an LR3, with some pretty beefy 18's. I forget exactly what size they were

    19 " wheels

There's the Atturo Trail Blade M/T. Not bigger, they actually run slightly smaller (in height and width), it's a mud tire, so you could consider it "beefier". Definitely more aggressive, it's a 255/55r19

Thanks for the heads up, but I've already decided and invested in the 20's thanks though

    Mudtech 4x4 Raid 18" wheels

Wow. You're still on that? Seems like you're pretty upset that I'm not taking your advice about going with 18's. It's my truck, let me do what I want to it. I asked about these 18's way before I even decided to go with 20's. Even emailed the company, no one ever got back to me, so I started...

    LR4 on 33's

Exactly. All depends how long Lucky 8 takes to get me my stuffs

    LR4 on 33's

As of now, I'm literally just waiting on the lift kit before I start getting anything fitted. That should be here next week sometime. I'm leaving at the end on the month for business, so I want to get everything in and probably have it worked on while I'm gone, so when I get back I can purchase...

    LR4 on 33's

I've actually been reading, and re reading the write up on the LR3 with the 33" Nitto Mud Grapplers. Seems pretty do-able with some modifications Oddly enough, that build had 18x9 +32 offset wheels. I plan on doing 20x9 +30 offset wheels. Crazy how that works out. Only downside is nothing...

    LR4 on 33's

I'm not going to do extreme stuffs like Lucky 8, but I do plan on rock crawling and mudding, and some trails. Lucky 8 was also no help. They didn't give any info that I didn't already know. Just said I'd need bump stops spacers, rods, and to trim……wow……much helpful

    LR4 on 33's

I know about the offset. A +40 offset on a 20x9 wheel, is the exact same distance from the wheel to the suspension as a 19x8 wheel. A compo or mudtech, 18x8.5 with +44 is basically centered. The distance from the suspension (9mm) is the same distance it sticks out (9mm) TL;DR a +40 on a 20x9...

    I don't want I don't want like the look of the compo's

    Mudtech 4x4 Raid 18" wheels

This is why I'm going with 20's over 18's. Too much money to be risking
