    No idea what happened

Update: shop crew is going to SEMA, not bringing any Defender 90's they're working on. Earliest I can get seen is mid November

    White, steel, Defender-style 18" wheels for LR4?

From what I've been reading, that's 100% true. Full functionality with no mods

    White, steel, Defender-style 18" wheels for LR4?

No. If you put 35's on you will need to do heavy modifications to the truck. I was jokingly saying that if you never plan on turning, then go ahead and put 35's on. But if you want it fully functional, then get ready to hack away

    White, steel, Defender-style 18" wheels for LR4?

Right now, 35x12.50x18. That's what Lucky 8 is running

    White, steel, Defender-style 18" wheels for LR4?

If you don't plan on turning at all, then yes they fit. Have to replace entire front bumper and do mods to the wheel well. But the wheels fit without spacers

    White, steel, Defender-style 18" wheels for LR4?

I test fitted a TuffAnt wheel on a 35" tire. I do give a little view of what it looks like mounted. Keep in mind that is a 285/75r18

Still think i should drive a little first?

The LR4 is more than capable of surviving with those tires on a light trail. More aggressive tires would definitely allow you to do more difficult trails though

How long did it take? This is my only vehicle

    No idea what happened

Unfortunately I don't have time to do it myself. Working 630 am to 11 in weekdays, and working weekends

    No idea what happened

Outfuckingstanding. I got to run again, added coolant, and drove it like 2 miles to my house where it's currently sitting

    No idea what happened

Yesterday I was driving around, the low coolant light came on, then went away immediately. As I was pulling into a parking it said the engine was overheating, then the warning went away. I parked the truck, ran inside and grabbed something real quick (30 seconds max), came back out and there was...

$1k for Duratracks NOW vs $3k for ko2s on steel LATER

As someone else stated,I wouldn't air down my 255/55r19's <30psi

$1k for Duratracks NOW vs $3k for ko2s on steel LATER

They weren't necessarily sharp rocks, but it was a little rocky. Oddly enough, I had taken almost bald highway tires on that same trial with no problems

    Wrangler Duratrac fit for LR4

Those Duratracs will work fine, I have those exact same ones on mine right now

$1k for Duratracks NOW vs $3k for ko2s on steel LATER

I've only ever lost 1 Duratrac, and out quite a few miles on mine off road. I've been on some trails lol, trust me
  17. Bryan Jones

Need advice from someone with offroad LR4 experience

It honestly depends on how much you off road. I, personally, would say run the Duratracs and save up the money

$1k for Duratracks NOW vs $3k for ko2s on steel LATER

I'm not sure about the KO2's, as I've never used them. The Duratracs are.... Decent depending on the terrain you're on. With that being said, switching to small wheels with more sidewall is always better

    COMPO Offset ET33 vs ET44

If you ever plan on running anything bigger than a 265, then definitely get the lower offset. The 285 I put on there is extremely close to the UCA and that really bothers me. Re gearing would be great, but that probably won't happen for a while

    COMPO Offset ET33 vs ET44

Wouldn't a lower offset push the wheel out more?

    Winch bumper!

    That's one sweet bumper

    Are Coils the answer?

I'm not trying to promote my channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/igreatestever9821), but mine is completely stock and goes damn near anywhere. Skids and rock sliders definitely would let you clinch your cheeks less when you hear scraping though

18’ wheel suggestions for my black 2010 LR4

I can't see any specific negatives, maybe anyone else can?

18’ wheel suggestions for my black 2010 LR4

Compos, I believe, are aluminum and have a lower weight rating

18’ wheel suggestions for my black 2010 LR4

I have no experience with Lucky 8 wheels, but haven't heard of anyone having problems with them. TuffAnt might have a higher load rating.... Don't quote me on that
