Yeah. They keep floating both. Remember waaaaaay back there was a Bronco and a Bronco II. The II was built on the ranger platform. Gotta wonder if they’re planning the same but why would they need a baby Bronco since they have the explorer?
If it’s on the ranger platform forget it. You have to pull a wheel to change the oil filter.
Rumor was that the new defender would have a removable roof option...time will tell
90% of the used rovers on market are either puff mobiles or the dealer trades and they will just slap OEM rubber on them. Mine had 24k miles on it when I bought with brand new OEM contis. The originals probably still had life on them but dealer does what dealer does.
Yeah. Especially in winter. I had snow freeze inside of wheels on another ride once and it was miserable until I found an open car wash to power wash it out.
Is the whole hood moving or are you just seeing the middle pulse? I see a little flex in the middle at 90+ with cross winds but I'd expect that is normal
LOL - PM me a blind offer. ;) The dealership gave me a price for my F-150 without ever seeing it...drove it in the next day and got what they termed as a "North sider 3rd or 4th ride"
Forgive the ignorance here...but is this the reason for the dip in the headlights at night? Seems like they dim and come back a fair amount and wondering if it's charging related.
Have a 2013 LR4 HSE - 2nd owner, first time LR. Tend to take on my own mechanical work except for the really big stuff (engine rebuild). Currently has ~39k miles.
Was tempted by a single owner 2016 LR4 HSE LUX HD with BlackPack and 76k miles. It's a great price but I think the only thing...
Harry is 6' 2" and perspective is hard to gauge. Notice there's a guy in a wheelchair so it's entirely possible the vehicle is down low in access mode which would throw off the height guess.
There may be Alpine windows on the back that are masked by those coverings...it's sure hinting of them
I found a 2015 lux with landmark + tow + HD with 75k miles nearby for a great price. If I didn't have the 2013 with 38k I'd probably jump on that one. Carmax seems fishy with what you shared and I'd say keep shopping.
Read the other new Defender thread before you decide. 50/50 chance of it starting at $45k. If it was me I'd wait and eat that depreciation just to show off a new ride
