Amber brake warning light

That's odd, even here in the Middle East nothing can touch Google Maps. tail gate
Dunno. My truck dips like normal compression when you sit or place heavy things on the tailgate, but once you stand up it uncompresses. There is no air being let out of the EAS. If you want the truck lower for easier loading, I need to lower the EAS with the switch.- Surfrider77

Warranties
Pretty nice! My Land Rover dealer wouldn't even cover LCA bushings under factory warranty. It is considered wear and tear, per LR. Congrats!- Surfrider77

If you are shopping for a MY16.5 LR4 be aware
To be fair, it's impossible to beat Google Maps. It is constantly updated 24/7 for road closures, construction, new available roads / routes, etc. You are left updating your maps yearly (at high expense out of your own pocket) from most manufacturers. I just don't think its fair to compare...- Surfrider77

My step with Compos was to simply not put TPMS sensors in the new wheels and disable with IID Tool. TPMS sensors are pointless, but gov mandated for all new vehicles. If you can't tell you have a flat with big off-road tires, I don't know what to tell you. (Sorry, I know this doesn't help...- Surfrider77

LR4 One Take The Smoking Tire
Just goes to show how out of touch LR have become with no factory 18" wheel options. Those 20s are useless on the trails (post credits said they damaged 2 of the wheels!). Still an impressive truck out of the box. But $70k!? Jeez. How did the price creep up nearly $15k in the last few years...- Surfrider77

18" LR3 wheels do not fit over the larger LR4 brakes, hence the spacers. Compomotives are built to fit perfectly on the LR4 over the brakes with no spacers needed. Camping Trailer

Yea, I had to destroy half mine to remove them. I think that is the design. Once fit, that's it. Break to remove. I'd also be interested in the part number for these. If I sell my truck at the end of this year, I might just put the factory plastic sills back on.- Surfrider77

Could be related or not, but I find the LR4 Bluetooth is fairly weak. I stream via BT from my phone to the LR4, which normally works fine if I put my phone around the center console area. Knocking noise
Control arm bushings go notoriously often on the LR4. My truck is a 2013 and I had them go completely last fall. Easiest way to test is drive very slowly (1-2mph) and pulse your brakes quite hard 3x .. like a tap tap tap. The LR serviceman told me this and sure enough, you could hear it clunk...- Surfrider77
