Welcome to the forum. Is the spare tire loose? It could be the active suspension as well. Do you hear knocking going over bumps? if is, it could be bushings.
I would verify that you don't have any blown fuses to start with. I would also verify that you don't have water coming into the cabin area from the roof drains that may be causing a short.
