This killed your off-road screen? I see the display is still there....

    LR3 shift selector problem

Advice is this: 1. Turn everything off. 2. Turn off the ignition. 3. Wait 20 min; have a beer. 4. Disconnect battery terminals. 5. Wait another 20 min; have another beer. 6. Touch cables together for 10 min; have a shot of Tequila. 7. Reconnect everything. 8. You're welcome.

Have you disconnected your battery lately?

Light grinding sound from rear right tire area when turning right.

Yep...same. I just boost it on the trail with the GAP tool. The bulge flattening is easier if you don't have rear climate control.

What are you calling a "lift kit" per se?

Rigid spring installation vs air struts

He "blew a bag," Nate? What does that mean, exactly? I have two LR3s, one of which I've had for 15 years. I have been on a few of these message boards for over a decade and have heard/read just about everything. What you are stating is unheard of. There is no blowing a bag...you can put a...

    Storage Mod

All 5-seaters have that area, but usually there is a hard-foam insert with places to put such things as the chocks, jack, etc. What else do I have in there....can of fix-a-flat, a big flashlight, screwdriver, a pin punch, a bunch of spanners, a first aid kit and a flare. The best part about...

Active Suspension issues after replacing rear upper control arms

@Imgcr what tool are you using to do the recalibration? Your symptoms sound like a cross articulation fault for sure. How do you know that your calibration is correct?

    Storage Mod

Another 5-seater! Awesome.... ....btw, you can still use the screw jack, just slip a small piece of lumber (1x4, 2x4 maybe) between the jack's platen and the LR3's frame and you're good. You can slightly raise the LR3 all you want, when you jack it, you still have to go through the full range...

    Help TPMS 2007 LR3

This is my inference, but I think this means that if the vehicle has the HD Package and hence came with a full-sized spare, it has TPMS. Otherwise, no sensor in the donut rim.

    various enhancement

I've got one mounted in the cubby that is furthest AFT on the driver's side....back in the boot. I love it.

    Help TPMS 2007 LR3

I am not sure how much help I can be since neither of my LR3s have TPMS (sounds like a blessing in disguise). However, I have heard over the years that the spare indeed has a sensor as well.

    help please

I think you can just take a video and hope to get good audio; then upload that. Keep it as short as possible so that it's not a huge file. Alternatively you could upload that video to YouTube and paste the link into a post.

Keyless entry/central locking stops working when it rains

@dhellin , I would look at that area where water was pooling up and make sure it's REALLY dry. Take up the carpet and dry it out with a blow drier. While doing that, look for compromised electrical connections and corrosion. There are 3 places where water ingress can happen. The A-pillar trim...

    Air suspension shock replacement

I'd double-check all the connections to the valve block and the valve block itself. Maybe you got a bad part? Since you're in Vegas....I'd bet that it's the valve block or connections thereto than the issue with being with BOTH rear shocks at the same time.

    Air suspension shock replacement

My advice is to get the Arnotts....those others are cheap for a reason. Do it once and then live your life worry-free. Also, I'd really want some hard evidence that the rears need replacing. You haven't said how many miles are on your LR3 or what behavior it is exhibiting. My wife's '06 has...

To buy or not to buy...

...yeah that's even less expensive. The Falconworks one has a bleeder valve though.

To buy or not to buy...

idk how much a brass extension costs but a brass bleeder is relatively inexpensive. I think Falconworks sells one for around fifty bucks.

    Air suspension shock replacement

I'd bet they are original. The rears last a long time. To the OP: Arnott makes a solid replacement and it carries a lifetime warranty.

    help please

As this is your first post I'll assume you have not had the LR3 very long. Do these accelerations occur on straight stretches of pavement or in curves/turns? I'll bet that sound is the Traction Control kicking in. Does it sound like a "crunching" noise? Next time look for a little amber...
