You are going to have to be a lot more descriptive. I've had an LR3 for 17 years now and there is no "Overspeed" Warning. Take some pics or videos of what it's doing and upload them. -

It is possible that the new sensor was within spec of the previous in terms of the calibration, but I'd say as a general rule you would need to recalibrate....and why not? It's easy AF. -
