I've been slowly building up our LR4, but mostly my courage. My concern with lift rods and larger tires is that a suspension mishap on the trail could leave you stranded. I would recommend an SYA kit so that you can still drive on bumpstops if you lose air pressure. I stuck to the 255/60/19... -

2012 LR4 Reluctant to lower from off-road suspension mode
Once you go over a certain speed, the system will restore normal ride height automatically. Usually it will display a warning in the multi-function display on the instrument cluster telling you to slow down or it will return to normal height. -

2010 LR4 Off-road wheel and tire options
Is it because there's no compliance in the poly bushing, so what would normally be ramps in force turn into impacts/step functions? Are there any stress fractures on the other side? Scary! Another reason to regret installing the poly to add to my list.
