Range rover sport control arms on LR4

Wish I had gone this route when I got the car - PPI found the bushings were shot and I requested they replace with poly as condition of sale (along with other things). Now I worry about an LCA failure whenever I'm far off the beaten path.

    Trailer light question

The LED lights on the trailer work, and all signals go to the connector so trailer brakes should too (since those are controlled by the add-on brake controller), the car just doesn't detect the trailer. Whether that makes a difference is debatable, some have said that the trailer sway stuff...

    Trailer light question

I tried it too, even measured across all the pins with my multimeter and there is no resistance there. I ended up buying a magnetic incandescent trailer light (for putting on the trunk lid of a car you might tow with a dolly) that uses the 4-pin plug to help the car detect there's something...

Range Rover Sport apparent fuel/fuel pressure issue(s)?

I would expect there to be fuel filters in the system - have those been replaced? Perhaps there's enough crud that they are restricting flow? I don't know if the fuel filter is integral to the low pressure pump, though - perhaps it is. Have you run any fuel system cleaner over time?

    Suspension Fault — Temp Sensor?

Are you sure you have a Hitachi? 2015 should have come from the factory with AMK as far as I understand.

Trailer programming with GAP IID tool

The trailer LED lights definitely worked for me, even without the additional lights, using the 7-pin connector. When the car detects the trailer, it will blink a trailer icon when you have the turn signals on. That didn't work with just the trailer lights, and since the trailer is shared, I...

Trailer programming with GAP IID tool

I tried that Curt LED trailer dongle, it did not work. I measured resistance between every pin with my multimeter, and there was none. What did work was magnetic mount incandescent trailer lights with the flat 4-pin connector. Trailer would hook up to the 7-pin socket, extra lights to the 4-pin.

    Long crank, no faults

I would guess coils, perhaps you can swap coils around and see if the results are the same (just in case some coils are in better state than others). I wouldn't think engine wiring harness issues would manifest this way, though that's really just a guess not based on experience.

Normal Ride Height Only - Cant Figure it out

No idea, that's why looking at the left rear valve, the one that works, would give you a good reference.

Normal Ride Height Only - Cant Figure it out

Checking the wiring if the symptoms didn't improve when you replaced the valve block seems like a good step. Looking at the wiring diagram I have on hand (for a 2011), Pin 1, black/purple wire, is the positive for the right rear valve. Pin 2, black/orange, is the negative for the right rear...

Normal Ride Height Only - Cant Figure it out

When you say you replaced the right rear valve block, do you mean the height sensor? The right rear corner valve is in the rear valve block, which as @ryanjl said is in the left rear wheel well. If I were a betting man, I'd bet you the valve block has some desiccant powder from your old...

    LCA Skid Plates

It keeps things from getting hung up in the "hole" between the legs of the arm, so makes it easier to slide over stuff. I would think 4mm of alu would take a reasonable beating, but the purpose is to make the bottom "smooth", more than protecting the LCAs themselves (they seem pretty darn beefy...

2014 LR4 SCV6 - oil leaking from vacuum pump and upper timing cover on passenger side

If you're pulling the SC for the valve covers, I'd probably freshen up the coolant system if you haven't done that yet. I'd expect the coilpacks to have to come off to remove the valve covers, so maybe do spark plugs?

    Air Suspension Performance

If you do service it (I didn't do the piston part of mine, just the desiccant), I would recommend just buying a dehydrator unit, not the just the replacement desiccant kit. The reason being that the push to connect fittings on the cover of the dehydrator on my unit no longer seal really well...

    Adding Upgrades to My 2012 LR4 -

I got a 6 ton come-along, so that I can pull in whatever direction I want, and even use it in the yard. Certainly not as convenient, and I haven't had the need for it yet, but it seemed like a more affordable solution to the "I need to get myself out of a jam" problem than a winch. Not as...
